"Not With My Daughter" follows several parents that do not want their daughters marrying their fiancee's. The brides and grooms plan on getting married despite the parents strongly opposing the wedding.
The parents and the brides and grooms agree to go through a Pre-Marital Boot Camp. At the end of the camp, each person agrees that they will either support the wedding or support the break up depending on the score. The decision at the end will be final. If the wedding proceeds then the parents must be supportive. If the parents prevail then the couple agrees to break off the marriage and go their separate ways. All the participants sign a contract that binds them to the results.
During the episodes the fathers will compete against the grooms in some fairly physical and competitive events to accumulate points. These points will be added with voting tallies at the end of the show to determine whether the couples get married at the altar or break it off. The mothers and daughters will compete in challenging games.
The parents will get their vote at the end of the show. The brides and grooms will get their vote at the end of the show. The point accumulated throughout the events will be added to the voting totals. The audience will also get to vote in the final decision.
"Not With My Daughter" follows several parents and as well as several brides and grooms at the same time. Parents have teams that compete against the couple's teams. The most physically competitive events would be the grooms against the Dads.
Friends of the groom and bride give their input throughout the competition and create a more youthful atmosphere.
While most of the heated competitions, events and confrontations take place early during the filming, everyone will also be required to attend the Pre-Marital Boot Camp conducted by (Marriage Camp's) Jim Carroll and David Bishop.
Emotions run high as everyone is forced into life changing games, drills and exercises that cause conflict and emotional bonding. Life and death decisions will be made during the boot camp and their will be plenty of healing between the daughter and the parents. The parents might even start liking the groom.
Points will be issued depending on the game results. Parents and the Bride and Groom will be able to add or subtract points throughout the Boot Camp process.

All parties involved will be interviewed before, during and after the competition events.
Will the Boot Camp change the parent's decision or re-enforce it? Will the daughters change their minds? Will the grooms withdraw their marriage proposals? Will the audience vote for or against the marriage?
The series climaxes as the brides and grooms are standing at the altar. At the end the competition votes are tallied. The votes are taken by the parents and the bride and groom. The audience vote is tallied, the percentages are calculated and the final decision is rendered. Either the couples are married at the altar or the fathers and mothers chase off the groom.
Either an emotional wedding follows or the Bride and Groom say their painful goodbyes. Everyone is interviewed throughout the wedding process or the termination of the relationship.
